Yost Makes Right Decision On Outfield

Milwaukee Brewers manager Ned Yost's decision to set his outfield prior to the opening of Spring Training is right on the money. Bill Hall needs as much time as possible in Maryville to learn a new and extremely important position. He doesn't need to be guessing where he might play. Now he can spend his time working on his sweet stoke at the plate and soaking up the knowledge from new outfield coach Ed Sedar.

I love Yost's move of Jenkins to left. Even though Geoff handled the transition from left to right pretty well, he is a far superior leftfielder. The move of Corey Hart to rightfield isn't anything that Hart can't handle. He played numerous positions in the minors and he's only played just over 100 games in the majors. It's early in his career and he should be able to make the adjustment. Who knows? He might be back in leftfield sometime this year.

It's good to see that there are not many question marks as to where our everyday players are going to play. Go Brewers!!

What say you?
