It's nice to see the Brew start off the homestand 3-1. After dropping the first game against Colorado last Friday, the Crew has won its last three. Hopefully, the Brewers can continue their winning ways at home.
It's very important for the Brewers to play .650 ball at home from here on out. Let's face it, the road has not been kind to Milwaukee. I would consider a .450 road record from here on out to be ideal, if not a little too idealistic.
The news on Ben Sheets might not be so good. As of this post, the Brewers are conducting more tests on his hand. Brewer fans have sure had their share of anxiety concerning Sheets. Will he ever get close to 2oo innings again? If Benny's out for any significant length of time, the Crew's staff will be in for one mighty test. Let's hope Sheets gets some decent news from the medical staff.
The Brewers have six games left on this current homestand. Get out to Miller Park and cheer
your squad on people!!
Go Brew Crew!!
What say you?
