Brewers Win; Sheets Looks Solid

After five heart wrenching losses in a row, the Brewers won 6-1 last night behind a solid six inning outing by Ben Sheets. The crew couldn't have needed its ace more last night. The ship has been sinking since Benny went on the DL six weeks ago. It was a sight for sore eyes, to say the least.

Sheets had great velocity and control. He hit his spots and kept the Cubs hitters on their heels.
His presence on the mound and clubhouse should make a big difference for this ballclub.

Let's hope Manny Parra has a decent outing and the Crew can get some timely hitting. It sure would be nice to get out of Chicago with a series win and be just 1/2 game behing the Cubs.

Get the job done, Brew. Cheer the Crew on, folks. Let them hear ya tonight and then get out to Miller Park over the Labor Day Holiday weekend.

Go Brew Crew!!

What Say You?
